Another thing is that, i found it very common, those members like to chew chewing gum and at the end of the day, they will spit it out in the bathroom… damn farking lame… i had even seen one whole bunch of tissue paper stuck on the bathroom drainage system. wondering why the hell you need tissue paper while you are actually taking a bath…

Believe it or not, chics can make you go crazy. There was once when we, particularly we the Brothers of Iron, mostly my age of mid 20s, pumping regularly according to our workout, sets and reps, and when the coyotes started their howlings, we were intimidated! LOL, but do know something, it boosts your workout so as long as you know where you stand. You tend to pump harder, more reps, got a lil enraged in your inner side. I say this is good for the boys, better than to getting excited on energy-boosting supplements. The chics does help in a way. But don’t stare at them, it’s rude to stare. Also, don’t go about wandering, loitering and staring at them like a dog on a mating season. Look, it’s a gym, not a spa!

About men using the hairdryers, so far the only person that I’d seen using it miserably, is me. I use it to blow my feet, simply because I have athlete’s foot. There’s no way to cure it since it’s a genetic thing. Also, I don’t go blow it down there or even the sides. Bear in mind that keeping yourself clean is a healthy thing, so shave it off like I do! Don’t get embarrassed, it’s about your health, not others. Have some thoughts over it. Have some considerations for others too. You ain’t gonna like it if you happen to see hairs that doesn’t come from your body!

Lastly, about showing off, I would be glad to comment that some of this people are doing it for the plain stupidity itself, which is pointless, since they prefer working out the thickness of their skin, not their muscles. Some would do it for themselves for the sake of self-esteem. It helps to motivate you if you feel that you’re not energetic enough for that day, it gives you a temporary boost in your mind too. So choose what you’re doing, better to pick the one that you can improvise ;)
